Hey guys i was just curious about something. Remember when apec was on? Anyway on the news i remember some piglet was saying something about a group called mutiny that made a manual or something and were distributing it. I scoured the Internets for hours trying to find a copy but to no avail. Does anybody know what i'm talking about or even better does anybody know how i can get a copy?

No, that's not it. I think what they meant is the FLARE reader.

Sorry to disappoint ya, but there is/was no 'riot manual' - it was a police + media beat-up, lie - to demonise Mutiny and the protest and to justify the repression they had planned for the day, nothing more. MH is correct; what the pigs referred to as a 'riot manual' was merely a reader for the FLARE conference - Mutiny's contribution was an article on oz imperialism in the pacific, not a DIY riot guide. The only references to rioting in the reader was stuff about defending ya self, preparing for police violence - how to cope with tear gas, capsicum spray etc.
